Delicious and to be enjoyed without feeling guilty.
You will need:
2 large, ripe avocado pears
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup coconut cream
½ cup Canderel sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of chilli powder
1 teaspoon whiskey of your choice
Peel the avocado pears and remove the pips.
Place the avocado pears in a food processor. Add the cocoa powder, coconut cream, Canderel sweetener and vanilla extract.
Process the ingredients to a soft and smooth consistency.
Gently stir in the chilli powder and whiskey.
Divide the mousse into individual portions.
Cool in the fridge until it is time to serve.
