Specially for a gluten-free diet. This bread is even more delicious than the usual wheat bread.
You will need:
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons full-cream cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Mix the grated mozzarella cheese, almond flour, full-cream cream cheese, garlic powder, thyme, baking powder and salt in a microwave oven safe mixing bowl.
Place in the microwave oven for one minute on high.
Mix the ingredients well. Add the egg and stir gently until all the ingredients are blended.
Shape a bread into a long garlic bread.
Line a baking plate with baking powder Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and garlic over the bread.
Place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown in colour.
Spread the melted butter over the warm bread. Sprinkle with parsley.
