This dessert is great enjoyed with guests. So easy to prepare and such a pleasure to eat. Distribute the batter between four to eight bowls, depending on the size of the bowls.
You will need:
200 g finely chopped Nuttikrust biscuits
450 g cream cheese
1 tin Caramel Treat
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
½ cup finely chopped pecan nuts
250 ml stiffly whipped fresh cream
Some pecan nuts for decoration
Beat the cream cheese and Caramel Treat in an electric mixer until creamy and well mixed. Add the vanilla essence, sea salt and pecan nuts and stir through.
Sprinkle two tablespoons of the chopped Nuttikrust biscuits into the bottom of each bowl. Spoon two tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs and then a tablespoon fresh. Repeat the layers.
Cool in the fridge for at least one hour. Decorate with the caramel popcorn and pecan nuts. Serve immediately.
