So easy and delicious. Take some of this to work of put in your child’s lunchbox for a tasty treat.
You will need:
7 pieces of Turkish Delight
1 packet Romany Creams
4 pieces of red bush berry nougat
6 blocks white chocolate
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup coconut
5 drops red food colouring
1 teaspoon rose essence
Place the Turkish Delight, Romany Creams, nougat and white chocolate in a food processor.
Process until the mixture has a smooth appearance.
Add the rose essence and condensed milk and stir well.
Mix the coconut and red food colouring in a separate bowl.
If you prefer an intense red, add a few drops more, otherwise it will have a light pink colour.
Roll the Turkish Delight mixture into balls with your hands.
Roll each ball in the coloured coconut.
Place the balls in the fridge for approximately five hours or overnight.
Enjoy any time.
I also freeze large amounts of these balls for use on any occasion that may arise.
